7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-road driving, or any dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. The vehicle must not be sub-let or driven by unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Adhere to established passenger and weight limits, and do not exceed agreed geographical boundaries without prior permission.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Congleton is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to claims related to death or personal injury due to negligence or fraudulent actions.

These Terms are regulated by English and Welsh law. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in England and Wales.
